Dr. Prakash Kololgi is a highly respected dermatologist and dermatosurgeon with over 33 years of experience
clinical and aesthetic dermatology. He completed his dermatosurgery training at Balabhai Nanavati Hospital,
Mumbai (1994), where he developed expertise in medical dermatology, lasers, and dermatosurgery.
In 1993, he along with Dr Nagarathna Kololgi (MD OBG) established the Kololgi Maternity Hospital and Research Centre for Skin Diseases and Laser Centre in Gadag – one of the earliest comprehensive skin and laser centers in North Karnataka. In 1996, he performed the first hair transplantation in the region and went on to develop a state-of-the-art laser centre equipped with US-FDA-approved technologies, pioneering the use of advanced aesthetic procedures in the area.
Dr. Prakash Kololgi has vast experience in vitiligo surgeries, scar revision, and other dermatosurgical procedures, and has
contributed extensively to scientific forums. He has presented and chaired numerous scientific sessions at state, national, and international conferences and has published several research papers and articles in reputed journals.
He served as President of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL), Karnataka Branch
(2022-2023), and was honored by Times Now in 2025 as one of the Inspiring Dermatologists of India. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Tutor in BLDEA’s Medical College, Bijapur (1990).
Apart from his clinical excellence, Dr. Prakash Kololgi is actively involved in social initiatives through Rotary International, where he
has served as an Assistant Governor. He has also contributed to public education through radio talks and newspaper articles promoting skin-health awareness.
Dr. Prakash Kololgi continues to inspire generations of dermatologists through his serving as the guiding force behind the Kololgi family’s century-long medical legacy.

Dr. Shreyas Kololgi is a qualified and passionate dermatologist who completed his MD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka.
He has an outstanding academic record and has been nationally recognized for his contributions, receiving the Prof. F. Handa Award and the IADVL National Scholarship at DERMACON 2024.
Dr. Shreyas Kololgi has over 6 scientific publications in reputed national and international journals and has delivered more than 10 oral and poster presentations at major dermatology meetings. He has actively participated in all leading national and international dermatology conferences, continuously updating his knowledge to remain at the cutting edge of modern dermatologic care.
After completing his post-graduation, Dr. Shreyas Kololgi underwent advanced training at Cosmoderm Clinic, Indore, under the mentorship of Dr. Dilip Hemnani, where he mastered advanced dermatologic and aesthetic procedures, with a special focus on lasers and dermatologic surgery. His training included extensive hands-on experience with ablative and non-ablative laser technologies, microneedling, PRP and GFC therapies, chemical peels, scar revision, and various cosmetic procedures.
